Terms of Delivery::

  • Prices are before tax (net), in Euro and including sales tax (not stated on the invoice in relationto participation of the Margin Scheme). Shipping costs are for the account of the buyer. For valuable books we reserve the right to send the order by registered mail. Shipping is at the risk of the seller. We do NOT send to a PO Box address
  • Delivered books remain the property of the seller until full payment of the invoice amount has been made. Orders can be placed by email.
  • All books are fully described and in good condition unless otherwise stated. Minor defects, such as name on first endpaper or light damage that are normal for used books, are not always indicated. Returns are possible within 14 days after delivery of the order. The risk of returns is explicitly for the sender.

Privacy Statement

 We collect your data exclusively for correspondence and processing your order and only share your data with parties if strictly necessary, such as a postal company that delivers your order. We do not send mailings and do not sell e-mail addresses. Below you will find more detailed information.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

Your data is collected exclusively for the execution of the agreement, in most cases the delivery of an order and the information thereof, for example the provision of a track & trace code of a postal package. The contact details are always necessary for the dispatch of an order. When an order is personally retrieved at the shop, address details are not necessary. We do not send mailings.

Duration of storage

Data from customers who order items are stored in our order system. This system is secured and is not shared with third parties. Data is stored at least as long as the legal retention obligation applies, such as the administration that must be kept for seven years by law.

Right to inspect, rectify or erase personal data

Customers who want to view, correct or delete their data can contact us, for example by e-mail. All these requests will be honored, unless the legal retention obligation applies.
Customers always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
